2018 harvested by hand wine. Elaborated without any use of electric energy until bottling.
• The vintage
2018 was a complicated vintage, with a rainy spring, then a very dry summer, with almost no precipitation 45 days before the harvest. This gave us a small harvest, with wines very concentrated in aromas and body.
• Location
Our vines are situated on a wide plateau, on the heights of Nérac, Gascony. .

The grapes of cabernet franc for this wines were harvested by hand on October 3, 2018. The elaboration of the wine did not require any electrical energy: manual destemming and punching, gravity racking and racking by hand. It is unfiltered and bottled without any added sulphite.
