2015 has given us an excellent vintage, thanks to a warm summer and a sunshined September, which broght the grapes to a perfect maturity.
Our vines are situated on a wide plateau, on the heights of Nérac, Gascony.
Clay and limestone soils
Yield of 55hl per ha with 4000 vine plants per ha.
Each grape variety is vinifies separately. The alcoholic fermentation last about 2 weeks with a perfectly regulated temperature of 22/23 ° C. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, after which the blend is realized.
Ageing of 24 months in vats.
13.5% vol
Merlot : 60 %
Cabernet sauvignon : 30 %
Cabernet franc : 10 %

Tasting tips

To be served at 16/18 ° C.
Colour: Intense, deep red.
Bouquet: Intense, notes of black fruit and spice.
Taste: Frank first taste, notes of black fruit and spice. Well balanced, well bodied wine, with a good lenght in the mouth.
